Dr. Shinar received the Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from The Hebrew University (Israel). She served as Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California Santa Barbara and Research Fellow at Technion (Israel) before joining the MRC staff. Her research interests include chemical and biological sensors and surface properties of semiconductors.
