Debju Ghosh
Debju got his M.S. in Materials Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India in 2003. He is currently working towards his Ph.D. in EE with Professor Dalal. He is setting up a DLTS system for measuring deep level defects in nanocrystalline semiconductors. He is also working with Professor Shinar of the Physics department and Dr. Ruth Shinar of MRC on developing novel integrated sensors for detecting biological agents such as anthrax.
