Durga P. Panda
Durga Prasanna Panda received his integrated MSc in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2002. He is working towards his Ph.D. with Professor Dalal. His research focuses on making nanocrystalline p-channel MOSFET devices on foreign substrates. Most of the work in this field has concentrated on n-channel devices. Durga is examining what limits the performance of p channel devices, and how to increase the hole mobility.
