Dan Pates

Dan Pates obtained his B.E. degree from Iowa State in 2005 and his M.S. in 2006 with Professor Dalal. His research was focusing on measuring defect densities in nanocrystalline Si using multi-frequency and multi-temperature capacitance techniques. Dan has worked as an intern for two summers at Micron Technology in Idaho.
