Satya Saripalli

Satya Saripalli is a 2004 B.Tech. graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Madras,India. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in EE with Professor Dalal. Satya is currently working on measuring carrier lifetimes in nanocrystalline Si materials using reverse recovery techniques. He also measures diffusion lengths in nancorystalline Si devices. By combining these two measurements, he can deduce the value for hole mobility in nanocrystalline Si.
