ElectroOptical Studies of Semiconductors
A laboratory for the compete characterization of semiconductor materials and interfaces is being reassembled at the MRC from its original location at IBM. A large variety of linear and nonlinear optical spectra will be taken on samples to be made by MOCVD at the MRC, under a variety of conditions, including low temperatures and high pressures.
